They have a section for every item in the order to have special requests but don't read them so the orders are wrong. They also have the options for the free ad-ons based on purchase amount but when you select them the item is not added to your order when delivered. They don't find enough of an issue with that to rectify the problem because it's a free item. If that is how they wish to operate they should just remove the options.June 09, 2016
