  Service sucks here. Kids are always too busy on their phones to help you or get a order straight. It had been better when new management took over. It seems that they hired a bunch of more mature people then let them go instead of the ones that were on the phone. Warwick is a bit of a drive but it's better or the bagel place across the street from D&D is fantastic plus the food is fresh.

  If there was a negative star I would use it. I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts for several months and haven't had any issues. They changed staff and now my order has been wrong for the last four days. They tell me I am going to get a free tea. One free tea for four wrong orders. There is something wrong with that. I have also tried calling them and they never answer. I get a recording tell me "memory is full." Whoever the manager is needs to figure out why his/her staff keeps making these mistakes and fix it.

  Dunkin donuts at this location states they are open 24 hrs. Pulled up at 5:50 am to walk in because we were leaving on vacation with a trailer. Doors were locked with no one to be seen inside. The lights were on in the building with a sign that says open. Drive through way to small to pull a trailer through.

  Wish I could give a third of a star. Awful awful awful!!!! Staff can't handle a crowd & gets the orders wrong. Coffee was lukewarm at best. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that they got wrong. Would have been better off with a jimmy dean microwave sandwich. Can't say enough bad things. Either re-staff or shut down.
