  The best service I have received from any TGI Fridays EVER!! There was some miscommunication where one person in the group didn't get their food and it was taken care of in the best manner. Manager and staff are wonderful. Give these people an easy time, and they'll reward you for your patience and kindness.

  Waited 45 min while 3 tables in the bar room were empty but not cleaned as well as 2 tables in the front left the same way. Hostess complained about being there working. Why show up then.. at 715 people came in with a app reservation at 745 but we're seated before everyone else immediately. Management needs to be more active walking the floor. Didn't see one manager the whole time we were here. Waitress was kissing her boyfriend who was seating at the bar. I wonder how much he got for free..

  My wife and I have a very crazy schedule and don't get to eat out very often! Tonight was an exception! We found time in between Girl Scouts and our sons hockey game to stop in and eat! We were seated quickly and our order was taken fast. As our food came out, the manager (Cory) comes over and says hello and hands me a beer on the house! He remembered us from a year ago and knowing that we used to come in a lot, says I haven't seen you in a while! How have you been? It's great to see you! My wife and I were totally taken back by the fact he remembered us and noticed we hadn't been in for a while. As a business owner, It's nice to see the level of dedication that cory puts towards his job! The service was amazing! The food was on point and most importantly, the customer service put a smile on our faces! With more and more restaurants popping up, it is nice to know our business was appreciated. We will definitely be coming back again in the near future!
